Job Description
Job Summary We are opening a new upscale home goods boutique in Bridgehampton and are looking for a polished, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interior design, luxury retail, and creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. Our store features curated home décor, tabletop, gifts, textiles, and lifestyle products with a strong emphasis on quality, aesthetics, and personalized service. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service. Assist shoppers with product selection, styling ideas, and gift recommendations. Maintain a beautiful and organized sales floor, including merchandising and restocking. Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system. Help receive and unpack shipments, price merchandise, and manage inventory. Support store opening and closing procedures. Contribute to a welcoming, design-forward atmosphere that reflects the brand. What We're Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in home goods, fashion, or luxury retail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude. Interest in home décor, design, and lifestyle products. Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
