The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will also involve merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on various offerings. Utilize POS systems for transactions and manage cash handling accurately. Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Stock shelves and ensure inventory is replenished as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Assist in supervising junior staff members to ensure smooth operations. Apply basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer communication.
