We are more than a retail store. We are a community focused business passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. If you enjoy retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or simply love helping people, we'd love to meet you. No wine experience? That's okay. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist customers with wine and spirits recommendations and purchases Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store experience Process in store, phone, and online orders Prepare and organize customer deliveries Receive inventory and restock shelves Maintain attractive store displays and organization Support wine tastings and in store events Assist with social media, promotions, and product marketing opportunities Help maintain cellar and stock organization General cleaning and store upkeep Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and responsible Friendly personality with strong communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Able to repeatedly lift 30+ pounds and move inventory up and down stairs Evening and weekend availability preferred Interest in wine, spirits, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts Wine and spirits education opportunities Hands on training and mentorship Growth opportunities in operations, marketing, and management Opportunity to work directly with ownership and grow with the business We are interviewing and hiring immediately.
