Retail Team Member

Come and see what the booze world is all about from the inside! We are looking for Retail Associates to work with our locally handcrafted Cooperstown Distillery spirits at the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange. At the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange, you will provide an excellent guest experience using communication skills and knowledge to tend to customers while following other retail duties.

Other retail duties include:

Serving our own Cooperstown Distillery beverages to customers as well as local NYS beer, wine, and cider. Running the tasting bar where you will pour tastings and share knowledge about our spirits to the customer. Drives sales through engagement of customers, knowledgeable selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Processes payments at register by totaling purchases, processing cash and credit/ debit cards. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Provides outstanding customer service. Qualified employees can expect to start right away. No experience needed, can be trained. Come and join the team at Cooperstown Distillery!
