Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Store Associate and become the vital link between our store and our valued customers! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment where customers find what they need and leave with a smile. This position offers a medium-paced, rewarding experience where every day brings new opportunities to engage, assist, and grow. Responsibilities Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service to keep them coming back Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays Use iPads and ladders to manage inventory keep the store shelves looking full and neat Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts and documenting discrepensies for management Support our truck processes by unloadingshipments and stocking the shelves Handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining excellent communication skills with customers Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, storage areas, and bathroom to ensure a safe and inviting environment Collaborate with team members of different backgrounds to serve diverse customer needs effectively Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred; liquor sales experience is a plus Ability to operateiPads and perform heavy lifting safely Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous Knowledge of retail math for pricing, stock levels, and sales transactions Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and maintenance tasks Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting confidently A willingness to work and have a proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork Join us in creating a welcoming shopping environment where every customer feels valued!
