Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in a retail environment.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Meet sales goals and targets set by management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
