Seasonal Store Associate

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while assisting with various store operations. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized shopping environment. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist in product demonstrations and upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is valuable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season.
