Coffee & Bakery Prep Team Member

Small Batch Coffee & Bakery is looking for someone to help with drink prep and light bakery production behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role where you'll be making the items our team uses every day—like cold foams, syrups, and supporting bakery prep—while helping keep the shop running smoothly. What you'll do: Prepare cold foams, syrups, and drink components Assist with light bakery prep (portioning, basic baking tasks, etc.) Restock the bar and kitchen so everything is ready for service Wash dishes and keep work areas clean and organized Help with daily prep for both coffee and food operations What we're looking for: Reliable and on time Works fast and stays organized Comfortable following recipes and prep lists Willing to jump between coffee and bakery tasks Kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required Great role for someone who wants to be involved in both coffee and baking and learn how a shop runs behind the scenes.
