Position:
E-Commerce Utility Associate Join our growing e-commerce team and play a key role in managing our online platforms, including our website, Google Shopping, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and business-to-business orders. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced, tech-friendly environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Duties:
Pick, pack, and ship online orders efficiently and accurately. Accurately pack and ship daily orders Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering questions and making product recommendations. Maintain and update product listings with current photos, descriptions, and inventory data. Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media content and product photography Stay up to date on company product knowledge, features, and programs Document customer interactions and order details using company systems. Make product recommendations based on customer needs Help keep the fulfillment area organized and efficient
Preferred:
1-2 years of customer service or retail sales experience 1-2 years of e-commerce or online order fulfillment experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Google Shopping.
Qualifications required:
High School Diploma or HSE (High School Equivalency) Ability to lift and carry up to 15-35 lbs. Open schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to learn and use multiple technologies and equipment Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
