Job Description

In this role, the Verizon Team Member serves as the face of the brand helping customers navigate products and services with ease and confidence. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll recommend the right solutions to answering questions and providing support, this position is key to creating a seamless, engaging, and customer-first experience. Verizon Team Member Responsibilities Interact directly with customers to promote products and services Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and recommend sales solutions Educate customers on available products, service plans, and promotions Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care Process sales transactions accurately and maintain organized records Stay informed on offerings, updates, and policies Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail setup Achieve individual and team sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction Verizon Team Member Qualifications Background in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective listening and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using technology such as CRM tools Reliable, punctual, and flexible with retail scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays) Team-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed and help others Our culture is rooted in teamwork, integrity, and advancement, and we provide every Verizon Team Member with proper training, ongoing mentorship, and clear paths for success. Pay:
$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
