Lead HVAC Shop Fabricator

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Shop Fabricator to manage and perform duct fabrication in our shop. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to keep production running efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations in the HVAC fabrication shop Fabricate rectangular and spiral ductwork to SMACNA standards Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Coordinate materials, workflow, and production schedules Train and supervise shop personnel Ensure quality control and accuracy of all fabricated ductwork Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop Work closely with field installers and project managers Operate and manage production using a Vicon plasma cutting machine Operate and maintain a spiral duct machine Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC duct fabrication experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of sheet metal layout and fabrication Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
