Job Description
Next Wave, a sales and customer acquisitions firm, is hiring a Wireless Customer Sales Associate to support customer outreach and service enrollment efforts in the Rochester area. The Wireless Customer Sales Associate works directly with customers to introduce Verizon internet and services, answer questions, and help create a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. As a Wireless Customer Sales Associate, you will receive hands-on training focused on customer communication, product knowledge, and service support. The Wireless Customer Sales Associate helps customers compare available services, understand pricing and features, and complete account enrollments accurately and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building communication skills, and growing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Role Responsibilities for a Wireless Customer Sales Associate Speak with customers about Verizon internet, TV, and wireless service options Explain available products, pricing, features, and promotions in a clear and professional manner Assist customers with account enrollment, service selections, and general support questions Guide customers through the sign-up process while ensuring accurate information and a positive experience Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up communication Provide friendly and professional customer service during all interactions Stay informed on current Verizon products, packages, and service updates Work collaboratively with team members to support daily customer and sales goals Represent the company professionally as a Wireless Customer Sales Associate during customer interactions Support customer satisfaction by answering questions and helping resolve concerns promptly What You'll Gain as a Wireless Customer Sales Associate Experience fostering collaboration and team support.
