Josh Landscape Josh Landscape is growing and looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our hardscape team. We are currently hiring for both Team Lead and Team Member positions.
Positions Available:
Hardscape Team Lead Lead and supervise crew members on job sites Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living features Read and follow project plans and layouts Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met Train and support team members Hardscape Team Member Assist with installation of hardscape projects Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment Follow direction from Team Lead Maintain a clean and safe job site Support the team to complete projects efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Hardscape or construction experience preferred (required for Team Lead) Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Detail-oriented and motivated to grow
