Job Description

Oak Hill is looking to expand our front desk personnel! This position is very flexible. Looking for someone who is professional and wants to work part-time evenings, or/and weekends.
Tasks include:
Answers phones and greets visitors in a friendly manner. Act as a guide for visitors. Upload documents as needed. Collects fees and keeps records of guest tickets or special events; takes requests for reservations of conference room. Performs typing assignments. Performs other office tasks as needed.
