Full-Time About Us We are a leading stove retail and installation company specializing in wood, pellet, gas, and electric heating products. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping homeowners find the right heating solutions for their needs. Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the sales process, provide product information, coordinate installation schedules, and support daily store operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service from initial inquiry through final installation. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers in selecting stoves, fireplaces, accessories, and related products. Explain product features, benefits, and installation requirements. Prepare sales quotes, process transactions, and follow up on customer inquiries. Schedule customer appointments, site visits, installations, and service calls. Coordinate installation schedules with customers, installers, and management to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate any schedule changes promptly. Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and merchandising standards. Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions professionally. Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stocking merchandise. Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and industry trends. Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Previous retail sales, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn technical product information and explain it clearly to customers. Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and point-of-sale systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
