Metaphysical Retail Sales Associate 146 Canada Street, Lake George, NY 12845 From $16.50 an hour - Part-time From $16.50 an hour - Part-time Mystic World is a metaphysical shop featuring an array of crystals and minerals, oils, herbs, incense, tarot/oracle decks, books, tapestries, statues, tie-dye clothing, jewelry, and more. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable individual with a good work ethic and previous retail experience to join our amazing team at our Lake George Village location. Duties Assist customers with knowledge of crystals, herbs, divination tools, jewelry and clothing Educate customers on the energetic properties, uses, and care of crystals Process transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system, Welcome customers and foster a friendly, high-vibe environment Open and close store according to procedures Tag, restock and organize merchandise Maintain a clean, welcoming, and energetically aligned store environment Assist with social media content and management Skills Previous retail experience Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision Strong knowledge of crystals, minerals and metaphysical tools Ability to explain the energetic properties and uses of crystals in a grounded, customer-friendly way Attention to detail and organizational skills Reliability, punctuality, and strong personal integrity Strong sales skills and a dedication to meet daily sales goals Comfort with basic social media tasks (photos, videos, posting, engagement) Passion for spiritual wellness, metaphysical goods or holistic retail
