Pay:

$55,000/year Responsible for customer communications, contractor support, and marketing related to HVAC business, assisting with project execution and brand promotion. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Communicate with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule technician visits Maintain regular communication with contractors, answer product and project-related questions, and follow up on leads and product promotion Handle inbound inquiries from homeowners and HVAC contractors, assisting them through the sales process Respond to customer inquiries about products, installation, and projects via Instagram/Tiktok DMs Track project progress and coordinate communication between homeowners, technicians, and contractors

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Familiar with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple projects and client communications simultaneously

Pay:

$55,000.00 per year
