Job Description

Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co., a new cannabis retailer in the Middletown, New York area, is seeking enthusiastic budtenders to join our dedicated dispensary team! Our budtenders will play a crucial role at Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co., embodying our mission to support customers at every stage of their cannabis journey. We're looking for individuals who are friendly, approachable, and eager to deliver exceptional service to every visitor to our dispensary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co.'s values Educate customers on a variety of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their preferences and needs, offering personalized recommendations. Handle transactions accurately and securely through our POS system, including cash and card payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary at all times Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and state regulations. Adhere to Middletown Indoor Cannabis Co.'s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with New York State regulations. Achieve or exceed sales goals and targets
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous knowledge of cannabis is advantageous. Flexible availability to meet business needs. Possess a valid driver's license or state ID. Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
