® Boutiques is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Stylists for our retail sales team. Sales team members will experience a fast-paced, fun, sometimes challenging, yet always rewarding experience working in one of NIBI's boutiques. Successful candidates must be customer oriented sales people who are great stylists and are passionate about fashion and helping our customers find the look they are shopping for and to feel great about their NIBI purchases. Retail sales experience, or related, is a must have skill for this position. Additional skills and responsibilities follow; the list is representative, items may be added, changed, or removed as individual capabilities are discovered. Sales  Meet or exceed all sales targets  Drive sales growth and customer loyalty  Ensure high customer satisfaction - Commission Based  Participate in or lead on-floor sales with customers  Represent the NIBI brand spirit and "look" at all times Sales Support  Ensure dressing rooms are cleaned/cleared after each customer  Ensure sales floor is clean and tidy; participate in sweeping, etc. as needed  Ensure racks are merchandised correctly, replacing items that are sold or missing  Participate in daily opening and closing activities  Mentor younger staff by providing feedback regularly  Ensure sales floor items are tagged correctly  Assist or lead fulfillment of web orders  Ensure stock room is and remains clean and organized  Assist with receiving new store goods Time & Task Management  Punctuality and Reliability are keys; be on-time  Proactive on all tasks including special projects, if any, to ensure on time completion Additional Tasks  Brand Promotion and Social Media  Identify opportunities to drive sales and attract customers through social media or marketing programs  Contribute to NIBI Boutique's social media NIBI Core Concepts  Represent Brand's mission and values; ensure brand standards are maintained  Maintain high energy and positive outlook  Represent the NIBI brand spirit and "look" at all times  Highly customer service focused and sales driven Requirements  Excellent sales skills  Excellent customer-care and follow up skills  Learn and understand the brand's look, feel, vibe and customer  Skilled at sales presentation - all purchases should be folded neatly with tissue paper and bagged thoroughly  People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and employees, possess good communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  Able to think quickly and know when to act v. when to ask
