Assist in supervising store operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team atmosphere. Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
