What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, effects, and consumption methods Help customers find products that fit their needs and experience level Verify customer IDs and maintain NYS compliance standards Accurately handle cash and POS transactions Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floors Follow all security and compliance procedures Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive dispensary experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Retail or cash handling experience preferred Cannabis knowledge is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person Must be 21+ years old per NYS regulations Must be able to work in person in New Paltz, NY Why Work at Big Gas?
