In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face guiding customers through their shopping experience, helping them find the perfect products for their cannabis consumption. We also need social media savvy individuals that can promote sales via Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your passion for cannabis will inspire customers and foster a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while sharing your knowledge of cannabis Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to lawn care, gardening, floral arrangements, and landscape maintenance Provide expert advice on cannabis Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain organized stock displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing through effective merchandising Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock rotations, and assisting with inventory counts Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Assist with store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting environment for all visitors Qualifications Passionate about cannabis Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking duties and maintain store presentation standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating enthusiasm and teamwork Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous for supporting online orders and digital inquiries Embark on a rewarding career where your love for cannabis and helping others can flourish!
