Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Team Member and become the friendly face that delivers exceptional customer experiences! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping or dining needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, dining space, and retail shelves in accordance with sanitation standards Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times Support food handling procedures, including bussing tables, food serving, and managing quick service or fast food restaurant operations Experience Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in grocery stores or cafes is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellent service while developing your skills in a rewarding environment!
