Job Description
Working under the supervision of the batching supervisor the batching crew is responsible for accurately gathering, weighing, and subsequently safely storing ingredients as described by the batch sheets. M-F 6am-2:30pm Reference scheduled production run batch sheet for ingredients needed. Weigh out designated ingredients and store in a food safe container to be added to the batch. Label all ingredients accurately. Record on the batch sheet the ingredient information such as the lot code and manufacturer. Proper staging of gathered ingredients to ensure that the Production Lead can add the ingredients to the batch as needed. Prepping of sub ingredients, such as mayonnaise. Cleaning the batching area once all batching is complete. Ensure ingredients that were used are stored properly and labeled
