Position Overview:

The Budtender will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clientele. We are looking for a team member that has open availability especially on the weekends. Flexibility with hours is also required, as the schedule and amount of hours may vary week to week. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs and driving sales while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and fosters customer loyalty.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years strong retail sales and/or bartending experience required Excellent communication skills Available to work evenings & weekends Must have experience and be proficient in cash register operations and handling financial transactions accurately. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining inventory accuracy. A passion for cannabis products and an eagerness to grow and learn about new offerings in the market.
