Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient workflow. Manage sales floor activities including merchandising, stocking, pricing, and inventory control to maximize sales potential. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail team. Oversee customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Implement marketing strategies and promotional displays to boost store visibility and sales. Monitor store metrics such as retail math, sales management data, and inventory levels to optimize performance. Experience Proven management experience in a retail environment with a focus on front-end operations or assistant manager roles. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing employee orientation and training programs. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Experience with POS systems, purchasing, inventory management, merchandising, and retail math is essential. Prior experience in grocery stores or similar retail sectors is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while multitasking across various responsibilities such as sales management, marketing initiatives, and staff supervision. Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
