In this pivotal role, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations. Your leadership skills will ensure smooth shift management, inventory control, and compliance with all regulatory standards. As a key team player, you will drive sales, support staff development, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and product knowledge. Duties Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences Provide expert guidance on product selection, consumption methods, and responsible use to customers Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory control procedures Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Supervise team members by conducting employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, daily cleaning tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety / state regulatory standards. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for diverse clientele Support marketing initiatives to promote products and increase store sales. Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and employee supervision Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Previous experience in a regulated industry such as cannabis or pharmacy is advantageous but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must be willing to have fingerprints taken as per state regulations. Must be 21+ Valid Drivers License Reliable transpiration to and from work Weekend and Holiday availability Management / Supervisor experience.
