Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries regarding products and services. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. Familiarity with cash handling practices and POS systems is advantageous. A background in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus, showcasing leadership abilities within a retail setting. Basic math proficiency is required for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
