Job Description

Join the Team at Pet Supplies Plus! Are you a pet lover with a knack for customer service? We are looking for a reliable and passionate Store Team Member to join our crew! We are specifically looking for individuals who can hit the ground running in our core areas: SALES, Stocking, Cashiering, and Pet Care.
What You'll Do:
Neighbor First:
Always stop to assist our "neighbors" (customers) to ensure they find exactly what they need.
Expert Advice:
Use your pet knowledge to educate neighbors on proper pet ownership and the best products for their furry, feathered, or scaled friends.
Store Basics:
Keep our shelves fully stocked and provide a quick, friendly checkout experience at the registers.
Pet Advocacy:
Help out with the daily feeding and cleaning of our in-store pets to keep them happy and healthy.
Value Add:
Suggest and upsell products that will truly enhance the neighbor's experience and their pet's life.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Prior sales experience required.
Versatility:
You should be comfortable pivoting between pet care, heavy stocking, and fast-paced cashiering. How to
