About Us We are a customer-focused cannabis dispensary dedicated to providing a welcoming, educational, and compliant shopping experience. We're looking for passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Budtenders to join our growing team. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Verify customer IDs and maintain compliance with New York cannabis regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and inventory Stay informed on new products, trends, and cannabis education Support daily dispensary operations and team goals Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous cannabis retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for cannabis education and customer experience Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of cannabis products and terminology is a plus Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the cannabis industry Positive and supportive team environment
