Responsibilities Provide high-quality services in barbering, hair styling, and nail care to clients. Utilize salon software such as Booker for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects professionalism. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service. Promote retail products effectively, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory and sales. Collaborate with fellow renters to create a positive salon atmosphere. Stay updated on industry trends, including hair extensions and new styling techniques. Experience Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential; experience in nail care is a plus. Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly Booker is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of retail sales strategies and retail math to drive product sales. Previous experience in store management or running a personal business within the beauty industry is advantageous.
