Doorman - Roslyn, NY - Full Time - Mon-Thurs 330pm-1130pm and Sunday 730AM-330PM

Looking for a full-time doorman in Roslyn NY for a luxury apartment building. Hours are Monday

• Thursday 3:30pm-11:30pm and Sunday 7:30am
• 3:30pm.

Candidate should have minimum 2 yrs experience as a Doorperson in a luxury building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our lobby area. This is a vital role that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for maintaining a professional atmosphere. Interacting between tenants and management Coordination of package deliveries with package logging system Logging and tracking visitors and contractors that come to the building Communication between tenants and staff Assisting tenants Greet visitors and guests, providing assistance with inquiries and directions as needed Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals, including guests, employees, and visitors. Respond promptly to any security or emergency situations, including those involving conflict management or loss prevention. Utilize surveillance systems and CCTV cameras to maintain a safe and secure environment. Maintain the lobby area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring that it is free of clutter and hazards Collaborate with other members of the team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Have prior experience in a similar role, experience in a law enforcement or security-related capacity a plus
• Be comfortable with the use of surveillance systems and CCTV cameras.
• Demonstrate excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
