Job Description

Responsibilities Join the team at NAPA Auto Parts and become a part of a trusted name in the automotive industry. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Store Associate who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for vehicles and customer service. This role includes a mix of front-line customer interaction, parts delivery, and inventory responsibilities. This position is based out of our Saratoga Springs location.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatching drivers on routes after verifying accuracy of customers orders Pull parts accurately and timely Assist wholesale customers with finding the correct auto parts and solutions for their needs Accurately process transactions via phone orders Deliver parts to local commercial customers in a safe and timely manner using a company vehicle Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom Assist with inventory cycle counts and help manage stock levels Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-through Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a well-organized shopping experience. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations.. A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work with others and teach and coach driver team

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
