Seasonal Sales Support (FT & PT)

About The Role:

Nili Lotan is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Support ( FT & PT) that has strong skills in retail luxury sales with a passion for our brand. The successful candidate will be an efficient professional who is detail oriented, accurate, highly organized, flexible, and reliable. They will be responsible for driving revenue by communicating with our VIP and loyal clients. They will provide superior styling advice, overview of product launches, one-on-one consultations, and personalized experiences.

Summary:

The Sales Support plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the retail environment. This position supports daily store operations, assists inventory management, provides exceptional customer service, and contributes to maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Store Support:

Support stylists when necessary, with client appointments. Also support external stylists with consignments/appointments when needed. Greet clients as they enter the store, assist clients with returns/exchanges. During peak hours have a strong presence on the selling floor to ensure all clients' needs have been met. Partner them with available stylists. Assist with filling in the cash wrap daily with supplies. Assist with recovering and filling in the selling floor. Oversee items being altered or repaired from our local tailor and dry-cleaning services. Assist with in-store events Front of house maintenance during high season. Support selling team in their operational tasks to ensure the floor is filled and tidy. Collaborate with the Store Director to ensure proper stock of packaging and supplies is maintained Assist in maintaining the store and stockroom to visual standards Assist sales team with customer or brand-related projects as needed Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phones & direct calls to appropriate parties

Qualifications/Requirements:

Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal) Collaborative team player High School Degree required; college degree preferred Ability to work Holidays and weekends as needed to support retail events and demand Ability to thrive in a goal driven, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency. Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level, and team oriented.
