We are a locally owned, family run business with 2 locations in Cheektowaga and Tonawanda. Carpetsmart has been selling quality carpeting and flooring since 1994. We offer a broad range of flooring options from standard carpeting to luxury vinyl and hardwood. We are looking for a friendly face to welcome our customers and help them find the perfect flooring to meet their needs. In this role, you will deliver friendly and knowledgable customer service, assist with retail sales transactions, and support clients in navigating our financial offerings. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales growth, foster customer loyalty, and contribute to a vibrant shopping environment. This paid hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a friendly non-commissioned environment.
