In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our stunning jewelry collections. Your enthusiasm for jewelry and sales expertise will help customers find perfect pieces that match their style and needs. Duties Greet customers warmly and engage them with enthusiasm about our jewelry collections Conduct product demos to highlight features, craftsmanship, and styling options Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their preferences and budgets Upsell complementary items and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments Educate customers on jewelry care, warranties, and store policies Experience Prior retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury accessories Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operation Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence We value proactive individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences while working in a lively retail atmosphere.
