At Scoozer, we're transforming the mall experience with our innovative two-seat electric scooters. We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to become the face of Scoozer at Palisades Center. What You'll Do Create Great Customer Experiences Welcome guests, answer questions, and introduce customers to the Scoozer experience with enthusiasm and professionalism. Assist with Rentals Guide customers through the app-based rental process, including payments, rental activation, and returns. Keep Operations Running Smoothly Perform light scooter checks and cleaning to ensure scooters remain safe, clean, and ready for use. Support Operations Help troubleshoot basic issues, communicate updates with management, and contribute ideas that improve the customer experience. What We're Looking For Strong Communication Skills Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus. Customer Service Mindset Friendly, patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellent service. Problem-Solving Ability Able to stay calm under pressure and think proactively when challenges arise. Comfortable with Technology Confident using mobile apps and digital tools. Reliable & Self-Motivated Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
