Job Summary Drip Supply is hiring Retail Sales Associates for our sneaker and streetwear store in Westbury, NY. We are building a long-term team and looking for dependable, sales-driven individuals with prior retail or sales experience. This role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, driving in-store sales, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment around premium sneakers and apparel. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming in-store experience Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fit Recommend products, upsell, close sales, and contribute to individual and store sales goals Operate the POS system accurately for cash and card transactions Maintain clean, organized shelves, displays, and the sales floor Assist with inventory, tagging, restocking, and general store upkeep Follow store procedures, security measures, and loss-prevention policies Support the team during busy hours, weekends, and special store events Be comfortable appearing in store content or social media when needed Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours Reliable, punctual, and professional Interest in sneakers and streetwear preferred, or willingness to learn quickly Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States Pay & Schedule Hourly pay Part-time and full-time positions available On-site role in
