The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and is comfortable serving and scooping ice cream in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience. Scoop and serve ice cream accurately and efficiently. Learn and understand Häagen-Dazs flavors and menu offerings. Assist customers with flavor recommendations. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Process customer orders and payments. Work collaboratively with team members. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn product knowledge and serving techniques. Previous food service experience is a plus but not required.
