They are seeking a polished and sales-driven Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate to support their boutique team during a busy retail period.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate to join their team during a busy season. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience, and motivated to exceed sales goals. This role requires building and maintaining meaningful client relationships, developing new business opportunities through networking and clienteling, and providing outstanding after-sales service that fosters long-term brand loyalty. Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate:
Deliver a personalized and elevated luxury experience to every client. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling. Track client preferences, purchase history, and key milestones to support future sales opportunities. Leverage product knowledge and styling expertise to drive sales and exceed individual and team goals. Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent boutique experience. Support daily boutique operations and maintain brand standards. Required Experience/Skills for the
Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate:
Previous luxury retail sales experience is required. Strong background in luxury goods, preferably jewelry, watches, accessories, or fashion. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer proficiency and comfort utilizing retail systems. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Seasonal Luxury Sales Associate:
Existing client book or strong clienteling experience. Foreign language skills are a plus. Experience working within a high-volume luxury retail environment.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
