In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled and priced. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change to customers. Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed to ensure product availability. Uphold compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing training on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interactions.
