About Skones Skones is a community-focused cannabis dispensary in Yonkers, NY built on education, hospitality, and helping customers find the right products for their needs. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering one of the most informed shopping experiences in Westchester. We're looking for a motivated, dependable team member who is excited to wear multiple hats and contribute to a growing business. Position Overview This role combines customer-facing budtending with behind-the-scenes fulfillment and inventory support. At Skones, everyone pitches in where needed, and no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities Customer Experience & Budtending Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Educate customers on products, brands, consumption methods, and effects Help customers navigate our interactive shopping experience Process transactions accurately using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor Build relationships with customers and provide outstanding service Fulfillment & Inventory Support Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Receive, organize, and stock inventory Assist with inventory counts, audits, and product transfers Label and merchandise products according to company standards Help maintain back-of-house organization and compliance Team Support Assist with in-store events, brand pop-ups, and promotions Support daily store operations as needed Learn multiple areas of the business and contribute wherever necessary Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store by assisting with everyday upkeep, including wiping counters, sweeping, emptying trash, and tidying shared spaces as needed Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus) We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: Social media content creation Instagram, TikTok, or other digital marketing platforms Photography, video editing, or graphic design Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older MUST be available to work Sundays and nights Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable learning new technology and retail systems Ability to stand for extended periods and lift inventory as needed Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person Retail, hospitality, cannabis, or customer service experience preferred What We Offer Employee discount Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility A supportive, collaborative work environment The chance to be part of one of Westchester's most unique cannabis retail experiences Why Skones?
