  • Leadership advancement opportunities within the company Position Overview The Store Leader plays a key role in the daily success of restaurant operations by leading the Front-of-House team, supporting training and development, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and confident leading teams in high-volume environments. Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee Front-of-House operations during shifts
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees
  • Assist with weekly scheduling and labor management
  • Ensure staff are motivated, productive, and following company standards
  • Maintain strong guest satisfaction through hospitality and problem-solving
  • Support catering operations and event execution
  • Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
  • Help drive sales and profitability through strong leadership
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Work closely with upper management to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with daily cash handling and deposit reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment The Ideal Candidate

  • Takes ownership and accountability Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • 1+ year in a supervisory, lead server, or management role
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with Toast POS systems preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Driver's License preferred
  • ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation Package
