• Want to build relationships while driving sales results What You'll Do As a Tire & Wheel Sales Specialist, you'll:
• Treat every customer like family
• Greet them at their vehicle and treat them with love and respect
• Connect with customers to understand their needs and budget constraints
• Educate customers about tire safety and help them find affordable solutions
• Create payment plans that work for families with limited financial resources
• Ensure every customer leaves feeling respected, valued, and safer on the road

• Strong communication skills and genuine empathy for customers
• Sales ability or aptitude

• Basic math skills for calculating payment plans
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in retail or customer service (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
