Job Summary:

Overview At HEATZ, Sales Associates are responsible for actively maintaining the sales floor and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Sales Associates work directly with the Store Manager to ensure the facility is clean and presentable. You will need to have a working knowledge of the aftermarket sneaker and streetwear industries. You must be able to communicate with knowledgeable customers about our products and use sales and interpersonal skills to encourage purchases. Sales Associates are also responsible for operating the point-of-sale system and cash register to complete sales transactions. Key Responsibilities Curate a positive and friendly experience for HEATZ customers Assist customers with industry-related questions or product needs in a timely manner Maintain and organize store displays; communicate with inventory managers regarding high- and low-demand products Responsible for meeting hourly, daily, and weekly sales goals to help the company achieve its overall targets Qualifications Advanced proficiency in sneaker/streetwear industry knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask during busy store hours Commitment to maintaining high standards at all times Desire for personal and professional growth Desired Attitude HEATZ needs team members who are passionate about their work and highly team-oriented. You will work alongside a successful team of sales associates. Your performance will be evaluated based on efficiency, thoroughness, and sales ability. You will be paid for your hours worked, along with a 1% commission on every unit sold.

Example:

If you sell $10,000.00 in one week, your commission payout on that will be $100.00, in addition to your regular hourly wages for that week.
