We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier / Sales Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting daily sales activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and thrives on building positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately. Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases. Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies. Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are organized and fully stocked. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and receiving shipments. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally. Support the achievement of store sales goals and performance targets. Follow all company procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention. QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or cashier roles. Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
