Retail Sales Associate

This is an active, customer-facing retail role. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, greeting every customer who walks through the door and helping them find exactly what they need. We serve a diverse customer base and carry a wide variety of products, so you need to be able to adapt quickly, learn our inventory, and bring the same energy and professionalism to every single interaction. Responsibilities Greeting customers warmly and guiding them to products that match their needs Answering questions about product features, pricing, and availability Managing customer checkout processes, processing returns, and resolving service complaints efficiently Accurately tracking inventory levels on the floor and restocking shelves as needed Coordinating with the stockroom and management teams to handle special orders or inventory discrepancies Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront while keeping your composure during busy holiday rushes or difficult customer interactions

What We Are Looking For Experience:

1 or more years in a customer-facing role — retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment

Communication:

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to easily build rapport with shoppers

Detail-Oriented:

Organized, reliable, and sharp when handling cash or point-of-sale (POS) transactions

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable learning internal inventory and checkout systems quickly

Reliability:

Consistent attendance and punctuality — this is non-negotiable for keeping our floor covered

Benefits Pay:

$19-$24/hr with a 90-day performance review
