TITLE Boxing Club Downtown Cincinnati is seeking an outgoing, motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team! If you love fitness, connecting with people, and being part of a supportive community, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome members and first-time guests with enthusiasm Give club tours and help prospective members find the right membership option Build relationships with members and create an exceptional experience Answer calls, texts, and emails Assist with membership sales and retention Support club events, promotions, and community outreach efforts Help keep the club organized, clean, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Positive, friendly, and energetic personality Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Sales experience is a plus, but not required Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Flexible weekly schedule Noon availability preferred (shift starts at 11:30 AM) Evening availability is a bonus (shifts typically begin around 4:00 PM) Only one weekend per month required Perks
