We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members

Responsibilities:

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following: Provide outstanding customer service to our members. Encourage and assist them in making the most of their workout routines. Help create fun ways to engage our members and attract new members. Always strive for 5 star online ratings on YELP, Facebook, Google and other listings Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals while leading a team to do the same. Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events. The three main roles are to help the team achieve the following 1) Membership sales. We want to grow and get people into the studio to start or continue their fitness journey! 2) Membership retention. Help our members have a positive experience and get to know everyone by name. 3) Studio operations. Making sure the studio functions as it should. Our ideal candidate lives in Cincinnati, or surrounding areas, has sales experience, a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses. We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes hour pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
