Job Description
The UPS Store is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service. This position involves shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and general retail responsibilities. No shipping experience is required—we provide training. Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping and packing needs Process UPS, USPS, Amazon returns, and other carrier transactions Operate POS system and handle cash transactions Complete print, copy, and document service orders Answer phones and assist customers professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Retail, shipping, printing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
